For any returns or exchanges, the return shipping will be payable by the customer. This includes defective products.

An address will be provided to you upon contact.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns — Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you’d like to return an item. To be eligible, items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, in original packaging where applicable. Graded/slabbed comics must be returned in their original holder, undamaged. Return shipping is payable by the customer, including on defective products; an address will be provided upon contact.

Because we sell previously-owned and collectible items, please review photos and item condition/grade carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of collectibles, we’re generally unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse on graded or one-of-a-kind items — but we’ll always work with you if an item arrives significantly different from its description.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items — If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with photos and we’ll make it right.

U.S. Customs & Duties — We ship to the U.S. using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service — any applicable customs duties are calculated and paid by us before your order ships, so you shouldn’t be charged anything extra on delivery. U.S. trade rules have changed multiple times over the past year; if your order is affected by a change after it has shipped, contact us and we’ll work it out with you directly.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Terminal City Collectibles website (terminalcitycollectibles.com) and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About Us — Terminal City Collectibles (“TCC,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Watson Street Studios, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We sell comics, graded collectibles, physical media, and related merchandise.

Products & Descriptions — We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products, including condition and grading for used and collectible items. Because we deal in previously-owned and one-of-a-kind items, slight variations between listing photos and the item received can occur. Graded comics are graded by third-party services (e.g., CGC, CBCS); we do not alter or guarantee third-party grading.

Pricing & Availability — All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Orders & Payment — Orders are processed through our website’s checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we’re unable to fulfill.

Shipping — We ship from Vancouver, BC, Canada via Canada Post and other carriers, domestically and internationally. Shipping costs, timelines, and any destination-specific restrictions (including current limits on shipping physical movies to the United States) are outlined at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees imposed by the destination country. Where we use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, applicable duties are calculated and paid by us before shipment; otherwise, such charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Intellectual Property — All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Terminal City Collectibles / Watson Street Studios or its licensors. Product images of third-party comics, media, and collectibles are used for identification purposes only; all related trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

User Conduct — You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability — To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terminal City Collectibles and Watson Street Studios are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) in question.

Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes — We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how Terminal City Collectibles (“TCC,” “we,” “us”), operated by Watson Street Studios (Vancouver, BC, Canada), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit or purchase from terminalcitycollectibles.com.

Information We Collect — Contact information you provide (name, email, shipping/billing address, phone if given); order information (items purchased, payment details — processed securely by our payment provider, we don’t store full card numbers); messages sent through our contact form and newsletter sign-up status; automatically collected data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies.

Data Retention — We keep your information as long as needed for the purposes above, including recordkeeping for tax, legal, and business purposes.
