Event Horizon: Inferno #1, the follow-up to IDW's 2025 horror hit Event Horizon: Dark Descent and a continuation of the cult-classic 1997 film's mythology. Christian Ward (Two-Face, Dark Descent) returns as writer alongside sci-fi artist Rob Carey (Outsiders, Aliens: Resistance), picking up the story two centuries after the original wreck — when a billionaire's private fleet arrives at the derelict ship around Neptune. The premise reads "Aliens meets Dante's Inferno": space marines clashing with demons aboard one of horror cinema's most unsettling settings.
